He walks you through the most commonly asked questions, along using the "STAR Method" in answering behavioral questions. But more importantly, he makes you feel good about yourself and how to be confident when interviewing. I used his resources and watched is YouTube videos which really prepared me. I went to 2-job interviews; one in February and one in March of this year. Although I didn't received the offers, but I didn't give up. In one of his YouTube videos of "Why you were not selected", he goes over 7 reasons and motivates to not feel bad about yourself and to keep trying and there is a position out there that is meant for you. Two weeks ago, I had a job interview for a Reading Paraprofessional Aide and the following day, I receive an email from the assistant principal offering the position. I already signed my offer letter. I owe it all to Don Georgevich. His resources and his YouTube videos are a must for those of you who are out there job hunting and need guidance in developing yourself professionally.
