I bought an A500 camera, not recognised by Windows.
I bought an A500 camera. My computer didn’t recognised it; even if I have updated Windows 10, his drivers, the BIOS/UEFI, Chipset drivers, and low level USB drivers. I had support from vendor, with a remote session, and WhatsApp discussions. Now the camera works fine, after having bought a fast USB 3 powered hub, and put it between the computer's USB and the A500 camera.
