Terrible customer service I contacted in July to get a response on the 16th September with my problem still not fixed I ordered a custom grinder joint tube and stash pack with custom logo on they have lasted years but the O rings on the grinder have broken now causing metal shavings to be in the flowers, they tried charging me $45 but would only offer free o rings if I ordered another grinder, replacement O rings shipping they tried charging $45 when it only costs around 7 Chinese yen to send Avoid this rip of money grabbing company
