Failed to respond to return request
Failed to respond to return request I have tried to return an item within a couple of days of recieving it. The returns form and process seemed good until DHL turned up to collect it and there is no shipping label. Honor were supposed to issue one but hadn't and despite several emails and calls I cannot get any sense from customer services and still have NO returns label. I've had to open a dispute with PayPal as I'm getting absolutely nowhere. I wish I had come here before placing an order, it would have saved me this hassle. Definitely not recommended
