No customer service
Hello I ordered two stater packs and only received one so I made a request to customer service, they told me that I have received everything, while I show them a photo of the shipping box and it can only contain one starter pack. It's been 4 weeks now customer service is unresponsive I've sent multiple emails No consideration for customer's
