Deceptive sales practices. Sales stated that this was a month-to-month contract, but yet four years in we decided to cancel because of absolutely hideous customer service, we found out that it was a five-year contract. We immediately stopped payment on a bank draft, and miraculously we are getting calls from the company. It has taken us almost 6 months to cancel, and even then with their “forever to get it to you” “request for cancellation, “sending it by certified mail, sending the check with the amount that they stated would be the final payoff amount, receiving the confirmation of delivery by certified mail, we’re still waiting and getting calls twice a day from overseas bill collectors. Each time their overseas bill collectors call? I send the email to customer service with the attachments. These people are flimflam artists of the worst order. They are thieves who should all be in jail. I pray that I meet this lying salesperson somewhere in the near future.
