I had a problem with my tumbler heat press and they were very fast at responding to the issue I was having and are sending me a replacement due to the machine being under warranty still. The whole process took 48 hours to resolve, I’ll be back in business and making money all thanks to the quick resolution turnaround. Thanks HTVRONT
