You cancelled order. Said you wouldn't deliver and gave me no explanation. I emailed to get an answer and got no reply. It was for a funeral. You are horrible people!!!!

After researching floral services for China. I placed an order. You canceled order and Did not deliver. Sent an email asking why. No answer. It is a province in China you list. Was for a funeral. You are horrible people.
