I cannot stress enough how positive my experience was. There was a small problem: my apostille did not have a signature on it. HOWEVER! The issue was immediately rectified at no additional cost. Our agent was professional, patient, and courteous throughout the process, at a time of extreme stress for everyone involved (the 70-day Shanghai lockdown). Even so, communication was frequent and replies were prompt. Additionally, our agent went above and beyond his job duties to help in a desperate situation.
