I would rate the 4 Stars just for the sake of not giving 5 Stars. Even though I made a mistake on my Character name, the team of SSE called me and inform me of the issue, Solve the error I made and deliver in the following hour. I was very impress + when you choose the Mail option, they send you an item with just so the Wow mail title is the item name and not just Raw gold. GG Guys
