- they delete negative reviews - does not solve problems properly, pretending they don’t understand my problem - takes a lot of time to respond trying customer to give up Example: I bought Laotie ES19 scooter for cca 1500eur. That is a lot of money. Both controllers burned down after 10km, wheels stuck, had to order a proper rescue service bevause scooter is very heavy. Banggood attitude: they requested sending photos videos, multiple times repeatedly, excusing and extending reply times. Result: they sent the same faulty controller, but only rear, after 6 weeks!!!. Front I had to buy myself. This is what you get from banggood. If they don’t delete reviews with less than 4 stars, I would know I should not byt the scooter. Buy they are moderating reviews so be verty careful, do not believe these reviews are true. There are lot of negative reviews buy they are deleted. For Banggood: you will react to this review as usual, that I should contact Customer service. But cistomer service will NOT HELP to fix the damage the same Customer service has done. I don’t like you but I have no other choice to buy stuff from China except Banggood. Do not ask me to contact Customer service, do not ask me to delete this review. Instead contact me on my email and we’ll see what you want to help with
