After several messages to support, I finally got an answer. I made the payment on May 27 and I had registered my account with them in 2021. The support after seeing the comment I had posted here, replied that they were unable to verify my activity. it's very disgusting, a company can check a client's documents and know if they are fake or real documents, but DIDLOGIC never asked me for a document to verify my account. and I continue to claim my money, the second payment made by paypal has already been refunded
