Garbage customer service
Get your supplies somewhere else! We spent a lot of money on UV resin, and shaker oil, which all completely leaked out during shipping. They didn't do anything to help or refund/replace the items (We even purchased the shipping insurance/product protection). It's not the first time something like this has happened. We've had to pay double shipping before through no fault of our own just to get what we already paid for. Not to mention being told we would have to purchase a subscription box again because it got lost. We've also had other leakage issues, almost every time, with zero chance of replacement or refund. After two years struggling to be happy with this company it's time to give up. They're not going to change. Seriously, find your supplies somewhere else. It's not worth the nightmare.
