I would like to Command the professional ability of your representative Krysllin. She was on top of the issue I had with the clasp of the Beautiful Bracelet I purchased. She made sure that this issue was resolved. I can’t explain how reassuring it was knowing that she understood & did everything In her power to resolve the problem.
