No response to my customer service inquiry/question/complaint
I reached out to customer service with a question/complaint about the skinny strap on my purse and inquired as to whether or not it could be switched out. When the purse is full, the strap is very uncomfortable to wear and cuts into my shoulder. A wider strap would better distribute the weight. Without that, I won't have any use for the purse and would want to return it. I received no response.
