I ordered a pair of Everyday OMNIFLEX pants, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I asked for a refund, Thousand Miles were very helpful in facilitating the refund, service could not be better. Luckily the pair of Xplorer convertible pants that I ordered at the same time fit well, I'm very happy with them.
