Feels like a scam!
I have been trying to return my order and nothing is happening. I have filled out the return form many times but it won't let me submit the form, telling me to check my email address format even though the email address is formatted correctly. There is no way to actually contact them to ask for some assistance. This definitely feels like a scam!
