⚠️ **Unexpected customs charges** Before purchasing, the GMKtec website gave me the impression that the PC would be shipped from a **European warehouse** and that no customs/import fees would apply. However, my PC was shipped from **Hong Kong/China**. When FedEx delivered it, I was charged **almost €80 in customs-related fees**. GMKtec also refers to the need to **“cooperate with FedEx.”** In my case, this involved paying additional customs-related charges. As a result, the **final amount I paid was higher than the price shown when I placed the order**. I recommend checking the actual shipping origin and confirming whether customs or import charges apply before purchasing.
