Worst experience of life
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I purchased their service expecting to stay connected in New York, but as soon as I arrived, I had no data at all. I was literally stuck in my hotel because without internet I couldn’t move around without getting lost. I contacted their support multiple times through chat – zero solutions, zero real help. In the end, they didn’t fix the issue and didn’t even refund me. This service is completely unacceptable. Absolutely not recommended.
