In addition to my remarks of yesterday, according to the labels of reception, you send the orders via Canada Post and you are located at 4188 Finch ave, East, unit 17 Scarborough, Ontario then why to make us pay 23.00$ of post office to return it in California !!!! You can write me a big 2-page apology if you like. It doesn't change a thing, in the problems and the great waste of time trying to reach you or trying to follow your instructions for returns. Everything is done so that we keep the merchandise, you start by offering us 40% refund of the amount of the returns and if we say no, send me a return label, you send it to us offering us 55% of the amount, in my case by insisting on making the return I saved $65 after paying for the return. So the 2 tops I kept cost me an average of $30 each, which is more expensive than in stores, so really not economical Roselinlin !!!!!! In any case, I'm taking note of the other comments, it seems I'm not the only one complaining, one thing's for sure I'll never order anything from Roselinlin again. P.S I ask my credit card provider to void the payment ALREADY WROTE TO SERVICE AT ROSELILIN DOT COM
