I bought a wig two months ago and when I received it I thought, wowww!! It's ok until you install it and start using it. Whenever I combed her hair, it always came out a lot. After exposing my situation, they blamed me in every way and a few more: they said I couldn't comb my hair with a comb, it would have to be by hand, then it couldn't be dried (it doesn't make sense anywhere) later they said that I had to wet it with warm water to comb it (which also doesn't do Meaning because if I have straight hair I can't get it wet to straighten it) but later they said that I couldn't comb my hair wet because the follicle is sensitive.
