Tv delivery problems
I have had enough of ordering things from Best Buy. Nothing but a hassle. Back in April I purchased a sound bar online and it never worked correctly and finally after a month jad to take it back for a refund. Then this July I purchased a 32” tv which came from tv outlet. On July 21 I called to see where it was and a customer service person from t outlet said that canpar tried to deliver it on the 14 & 15 but to no avail. However I was never told that it was sitting at a depot to be picked up. If I hadn’t of called I would still be waiting. And this was after paying a delivery fee as well. I don’t know how a reputable company like Best Buy can deal with such incompetent suppliers! Never again!
