No customer service
Ordered 2 Pantheon Mini door controllers and immediately after installation one faults out every 10 minutes. i have to reset to get the door to operate . I moved the controller to the other door and it does the same thing. The 2nd unit works fine on either door . Messaged North Shore and got back a condescending one line response that read "I would contact the company." I did contact the company that I purchased it from but will never use North Shore again.
