Great product, very user friendly interface. In my specific situation I couldn't recover my data due to a failure in my hard disk. The customer service have been very helpful, after sending them an email, they replied back with very elaborated questions and requests, which enabled them to provide a diagnosis for why thr recovery process failed. They were kind enough to authorize a full refund. Super pleased with them; they truly have this remarkable business integrity and they are really willing to do everything to make their customers truly happy. I definitely recommend using their services!
