Doesn't work but support was good
I lost a drive by removing its letter. I tried Recoverit and all files where present and been saved on an external drive. Unfortunately, none of them were recoverable. I requested a refund and I got a reply from support very quickly. They accepted to refund me. Of course I would have preferred to get my data back. But at least, I didn't loose money. This company is looking after his customers.
