Avoid absolutely not worth it
Avoid not worth it. My hoover is useless now for the last 6 months just sitting there at the corner not being able to turn it on. It was working well but the battery needed to be replaced after 14 months. After I contacted customer service they send me link so I can purchase the battery. Over 5 months later emailing and contacting customer support they wasn’t able to find my order even though the payment was taken from my account. I never received order confirmation email and didn’t think that I will need to screenshot the purchase confirmation after paying. They wasn’t helpful at all and wasn’t able to do anything for me…. To loose 50e for battery is fine but what to do with useless hoover?? So disappointing
