Avoid buying from this shop!!
Avoid buying from this shop!! I ordered one of their dresses, and it arrived damaged on the front. I reached out to customer service to organize a return, but their return process is really suspicious. They tell you not to write the business name on the return, but rather someone's personal name. They make you value the item at $36 (the actual value of the dress is $155) or they won't accept it. They only accept returns with a tracking number from USPS, but sending it that way would have costed $60 because USPS requires you to pay priority shipping to get a tracking number for international shipping. They offered to give me a 15% discount but it hasn't shown up in my bank account. Don't trust them!!
