Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I placed an order 10 days ago. Received confirmation email. Nothing else since ! Tracking advises that they are still awaiting the parcel from the company. I have reached out on their WhatsApp chat four times , these have not been read. I have emailed the company and got a generic reply that they will investigate and get back to me promptly. That was three days ago and still nothing I am contacting my bank tomorrow to open a dispute AVOID TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
