They outsource the creation of the cosplays to the same people who list on ebay and such and then upcharge on the Final product.

Go with eBay instead.
Their policies take advantage of technical wording and are very misleading. They should get rid of the use by date as they don't honor it. Customer support only operates during a small window and comes across as robotic or indifferent.
