terrible support service
purchased an Artillery X3 Plus from Banggood. After a couple of days the X axis started to fail and it was no longer possible to print. Artillery support offered me a new engine. It never arrived. In the meantime I bought a new one but the problem is not the engine and assistance no longer responds. Very bad experience
