Fantastic experience. I ordered a vhf for my off shore fishing boat. I wasn't sure if it was in stock and shipping details. I sent a text it was After hours and i was not expecting a response right away. There was one. The response was wonderful: we are spending time with our families..... then there were answers to my inquiries. The radio came within days. Thank you for the human touch and stellar service.
