I have put a review on their site so this may be subject to change. I ordered a short dress for a celebratory we are having in Spain. I'm very upset as the front is beautiful, lacing is lovely, a nice fit as well. But as a size large, it had a tight fit to it and along side that the zip is poor quality. I had bought it in the sale but I'm sure that's because of the discontinuation of the dress not the poor quality of the zip on the dress. I have emailed asking for advice and got a returns label just in case. But I spent £31 and will see less that 20 of that should I return it as I have to pay to return it as well as pay for the delivery to receive it in the first place. I hope jjshouse are able to help and support me before the celebratory as they have beautiful dresses, good reviews and I love seeing the pictures people post. I wish I could be a part of that community but as of yet this dress is unwearable. UPDATE: customer service were good and provided me with half of the money back, I will be looking to see if I can amend the dress to fit me better:)
