I tried the Refer a Friend offer
Disappointed with the Refer-a-Friend offer and support. My friend used my referral code to successfully buy a pack, but I never received my $10 voucher. I contacted WhatsApp support, and the agent gave me a promo code that didn't even work. I am now 3 days into my Europe trip, stranded without data, and support has gone completely silent on me. It feels like they simply won't honor their own promotions.
