Bought 3 eSIMs on Nov 7th to get a better price for use on a trip to Denver (14th November eSIM worked fine) and 1 each for my wife and myself to Florida (4th December). On arrival in Florida only 1 worked and after some back and forth it became clear that I had only been given 2 working eSIMs. App showed I only had 1 working eSIM but should have been two. Simple maths showed I had bought 3 and used 2.When I requested the other eSIM I was told they would look into it and then total radio silence. Tried via chat WhatsApp and email. I have requested a refund but I don’t have high hopes.In conclusion be very wary of Jetpac. I will never use again.
