My experience with Banggood was weird.
The web site is appealing and the customer service is corteous but finishing the communication is a bit rough / rude. While your are rating the service, the chat times out. The conditions to use coupons / allowances are a bit obscure or the translations aren´t accurate and you end up wasting coupons and buying things without any discount. And the prices are not any bargain without discount coupons or special offers. The "OCS ANA group" transportation service which they used to send me my package is the very worst of the universe. My 12v power source was beaten, smashed, bumped as if it were throwed into the floor and then stepping on it. I´ll surely give them a second chance anyway... Hope things gets better...
