Best yoga school in tapovan
I can't believe I did 200 hr at VINYASA. Leaving kids n parents backhome was nt an easy call. All thanks to the atmosphere that is created at VINyASA. I am really thankful to mgmt ,faculty members ,kitchen staff nd govind bhaiya for providing all the support wenever needed . I dinn miss my home at all as I got so occupied in learning that too with enjoyment nd fulfilled activities like excursions , kirtans , meditation at the banks of river Ganges n much more. I feel I am a changed person after all the learning at VINYASA. One good example is I used to get up at 7 or 8 in the morning now I m getting up at 5 nd doing pranayams nd meditation since the day I am bak....really thankfull for everything 🙏
