Not designed for all, return process not posted on website
I bought the socks and used their sizing chart. Its not a very versatile sock/sleeve. The portion that goes from the crest of the heal to the bend in the top of your ankle is VERY unforgiving. I could barely get the sock on. The portion under the arch and around the base of the ankle fit fine. But the area I mentioned was so binding that my foot was falling asleep within seconds of putting it on. This sock/sleeve needs a redesign. I'm going to return it as soon as the company shares how that process works. They don't disclose the return process on their website. So D- so far on the entire experience. 12/29 Update - see the company's response below. Lacking in details. I've emailed the "support" email below asking for return instructions. The return guarantee doesn't mean anything if customers don't know how to use it. Still waiting. Still a D- at this stage.
