**Order #300085003 — Missing items and confusing discount policy** I ordered the Keystone Flex Buy 1 Get 1 Free bundle (which included 2 free cartridges) plus 6 additional cartridges separately — 8 cartridges in total. I was also offered a 15% discount code at checkout. Only 6 cartridges arrived instead of 8 — 2 were missing. When I contacted customer service, I was told the discount code doesn't apply when combined with the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion, and this was used to explain the pricing discrepancy rather than address the missing items. The response felt evasive and unhelpful, and I got no clear resolution — no replacement, no refund, no real explanation of where the 2 cartridges went. If a discount code isn't valid with certain promotions, that should be stated clearly at checkout, not used afterward to dodge a missing-item complaint.
