I ordered 5 items
I ordered 5 items. All were in stock, and all were supposed to be shipped immediately. I ordered, paid, and waited. No response from them. At first I thought it was a scam, but it seems they actually exist. Then I checked their website again and found that 4 items wouldn’t be available for months. I didn’t get any message from them—they have my money, and they don’t care what happens next. So I canceled those 4 items. The money hasn’t been refunded. Several days later, I checked the site again and the last item had finally been shipped. Still no refund for the other four, so I sent an email. No response. Days go by, and there’s still no response to the email or any update on the tracking information. I’m starting to think it really is a scam shop, because I haven’t experienced such sluggish, callous behavior in two decades. They’ve got my money—nothing else seems to matter to them. Then I contact customer service, and after two or three weeks, they finally promise to refund me for the items—which I certainly won’t be receiving anymore. The tracking status hasn’t changed. And it stays that way for another two weeks. The delivery timeframe, which was listed as over a month, has already passed, and the refund has since been processed. Another week goes by, and the tracking finally updates—the package arrives “only” three weeks late. Now I’m being asked to pay customs duties on it—about a quarter of the total value. Customer service tells me that it wasn’t insured. I keep my cool and don’t lose my temper. Never again with this seller.
