I'm very dissapointed with the service. I Made my order on June 9, paid for the product anf for the transport that should be 4 to 8 days. The product arrived in Portugal on June 29 and got held on customs. I had to pay almost 17€ in taxes (that should be included in the product price and today july 06 i still don't have the product with me. Customs asked for the commercial invoice that i dont have as no email was sent to me with the invoice for my payment. I asked for the invoice on your chat support an received no answer. Resuming, this order is being a complete failure at all aspects.
