The employees are helpful, but…
The employees are helpful. When you use this site for the first time, l found it rather complicated, l think because l am Dutch. There are many options to pay, but though l have Google pay and Apple pay, this didn’t work. Finally my pin pass proved to be a credit card as well, and then it worked okay. The 2nd problem: to send a card from NL to someone in the States did not work, so l sent it to myself, and from then on everything went well.
