Disappointed in manufacturer and website.
Website will BOMBARD you with emails once you've signed up. Pre-ordered item on Jan 1 that was listed as 300 to be sold. Item was going to be shipped 'in May'. Item shipped May 29-30... didn't arrive until late June. Arrived unassembled and doesn't assemble easily/smoothly. Was not numbered as # of 300, not sure if it should have been. There was a small sticker for registration to scan(?) but I can't figure out how to make that work and there are no clear instructions on Mighty Jaxx website. I have pre-ordered the companion piece for the next item, begrudgingly. I like the balloon dog Mr Twisty art, but the website and manufacturer leave much to be desired.
