Excellent customer service and fair resolution
I had booked a Halong Bay cruise with Discova for April 2026. Due to unexpected flight cancellations, the trip became impossible to carry out and I had to request a refund. After reviewing the documentation, they agreed to cancel the booking free of charge and process a full refund.
