Update on my review I placed on March 28th. Still no refund for the return fee they promised. They’re ignoring every email. They sent me a faulty item and I’m the one who needs to pay for the fee? Very bizarre. DON’T BUY FROM HERE. Also, why are there so many new positive reviews left on the same date? Doesn’t seem legit at all. Don’t let yourself be fooled. Reply: I’ve sent EVERYTHING you’ve asked for, TWICE.
Where to begin? I ordered a jacket and it came with defects in the fabric and the hanger was completely broken off. I’ve been struggling to get replies from them via email for weeks. Finally I got to make the return and they said they’d pay for the return fee, which now it doesn’t seem like they will. They changed the instructions after I’ve sent it and the shipping cost is very expensive!!! I now don’t have the jacket, the money for the jacket NOR the shipping cost back and I’ve done NOTHING wrong. Don’t buy from here if you don’t want a headache and be treated like nothing/lied to. Another thing is that they start every email with ”dear customer”, you’re not even worthy of being spoken to by your name. Last time I ordered from them I got a size XL when I ordered a size XS. Had to struggle to get replies via email then as well.
