Completed a survey to receive 3 night hotel stay for free (just to pay taxes) and put my card details in for check and clicked to “pay £0” and £77 was debited from my account with no prior warning of amount etc! I then decided to attempt to select dates as £77 is still a good price, even though misleading, but every date I select is unavailable!!
