Recently purchased the Gym Monster 1 and have not been disappointed at all yet! It has effectively replaced all my current home gym equipment and while there is a slight learning curve to understanding how the app works and how to get the weights to turn on and off, it becomes quick and easy to get up and going on your workouts. I have not had to contact customer service yet for any issues but the Facebook groups I have found to be very useful and informative for all the questions I have had thus far. The company seems to be on the right track with its products at the very least. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends to get one if they're thinking of it.
