Erin C. and the entire Z Gallerie team were super helpful with an issue I had with a chair I had ordered online. They went above and beyond to fix the issue. What I really appreciated was that I didn't have to follow up and stay on hold for hours(like I have to for pretty much every other company). Eric C. was very professional and proactive with her communication and took care of the issue perfectly. I will definitely shop again!
