We were contacted by Travel Rep/Paul. He walked with us every set of the way and helped up download/print our invoice and receipt. The next day, Paul called to inform us that the Booking Confirmation was available and to use booking details at the airport. He gave us his phone extention several times, if we had questions or problems.
