Terrible Customer Service and Quality Control!!
I received my eye set a few days ago was extremely frustrated when I reviewed the Proven System card because it listed the wrong name and information! It's possible that someone just put the incorrect card in my box, but I don't know for sure that these eye creams are actually formulated for me. This type of negligence is completely unacceptable when marketing toward the ability to create unique formulations. This is my second time trying out Proven, and I've been highly unsatisfied with the slow customer service and lack of quality control. Even in my initial cleanser, spf, night cream system, my Proven System card was not completely accurate compared to my skin quiz results, even though I was assured by customer service that it would be. For instance, my focus areas are listed as "rosacea and fine lines and wrinkles" and notes that I'm "not sensitive"; however, I noted in my April 3 skin quiz that I was concerned about sensitivity. Also, my skin type is combination, but it was listed as dry. I've lost all confidence in the Proven System and have canceled both my skincare and eye care systems. I will never try Proven again and encourage you not to invest in this skincare either!! I am also disheartened that I spent nearly $280 and don't have good skincare products, and that Proven is not going to refund me for either of these systems!! I truly believe that any company that does not offer refunds is not confident in the quality of their products. Proven Skincare does not live up to the promise and is not worth it!
