No Widevine L1 DRM compatiblity
I purchased a Blackview Tab 11. I'm mostly happy with it but a key feature it was advertised with was Widevine L1 DRM compatiblity. This allows owers to use streaming sites like netflix and amazon prime and full resolution. I understand the device has the nessesary chip, but the streaming company's haven't white listed the device so it only runs in a very low 480p resolution rather than 1080p - its very noticible! On the app for ALL4 it will just play the adverts and then closes down! They recognise this problem, and have offered a discount on the tablet - this was £5. or about 3% of the value of the tablet. I think this missing feature is worth about half the value. I also bought a keyboard for the tablet, it was meant to be specifically for the Tab11 and clipped to the tablet to be used like a small laptop. But all they sent was a generic wireless keyboard.
